Montgomery Transitional Home Renovation
Vision:
This luxury 900-sq. ft. condo needed a new layout and a fresh perspective.
Process:
The key to success for this project was collaboration, not only with the homeowner, but also with the architect. To give it a luxury feel, the space was expanded, opening up the choppy floor plan, adding height to the ceilings (including reclaimed wood remilled onsite) and adding more floor space. This luxury renovation included bathrooms and kitchen.
Results:
The beautiful resawn lumber was an added touch that the owner loved, claiming “it made the whole job!” The rustic aesthetic was a direct result of the owner’s love of horse training and a testament to the collaborative process.
Laurel Contemporary Home Renovation
Vision:
This 2,200-sq. ft. condo was the owner’s “forever home,” and they wanted to make a spectacular statement. They wanted a streamlined look that would set the standard for the building.
Process:
The original job started small, but expanded as time went on. An openness to new ideas and suggestions made for a wonderfully collaborative relationship between the homeowners and the designers.
Results:
For these self-described “picky New Yorkers,” their first words said it all – “Oh wow, this is amazing.”
Grammercy Modern Home Renovation
Vision:
The homeowners of this 3,200-sq. ft. condo wanted a “trophy” house. They had a strong vision and wanted a partner who could realize that vision. Hand-cut wood panels. Transition to luxury renovation.
Process:
Working in a new building posed some challenges, and while there was a learning curve, the collaboration between the owners and the designer made for a premier working experience.
Results:
Between the hard-cut wood paneling and the elevated luxury feel, the end product was truly a showpiece.
Grammercy Traditional Home Renovation
Vision:
A retirement home with homeowners acting as their own designers, this was truly a project of actualizing a shared vision, one that focused on warmth and comfort.
Process:
Despite this being a smaller job, the collaboration was first-class and allowed the homeowners’ ideas to come to life.
Results:
Warm. Comfortable. The vision was realized with unique, multicultural influences that elevated the project beyond the ordinary.
Mounds Luxury Condo Renovation
Vision:
This luxury condo renovation required a complete gut, down to the studs. The opportunities were endless, but the homeowners had a particular vision in mind: a different look from “super modern” with an eye for quality craftsmanship.
Process:
With no designer and no plans, this project was a work of organic collaboration. A focus on custom cabinetry and jaw-dropping millwork and crown molding set this project apart.
Results:
The raised wood paneling, custom gingerbread millwork and gorgeous crown molding elicited unending praise from the homeowners and visitors alike.
Sylvan Transitional Home Renovation
Vision:
The original direction for this project was simply, “do something with the kitchen.” But we did not leave it there …
Process:
With collaboration comes trust, and the homeowners eventually moved this luxury renovation throughout the entire home. The homeowners and their impeccable designer knew how to work with the space, leading to a seamless and productive working relationship.
Results:
The feel of the house was completely changed. It was open, it was cozy. Rooms that had previously been left unused were filled with the character and elevated luxury they had been lacking. Truly a rejuvenation of the space.
